There are 1,001 excuses for not working out: I don’t have enough time, people at the gym will make fun of me, exercise is boring, I’m too out of shape, I’m not overweight, I’ll do it next year, etc., etc., etc. There are ways to overcome these challenges, especially when you start to realize how important regular exercise is, and how flexible your exercise program can be.
